How long does it take to have a gown/garment made?
Depending on the garment, your piece will be ready between 2-4 weeks from when the initial deposit is received and your measurements are taken.

Once your garment is complete, we'll meet for a 30-60 minute fitting, and, depending on alterations, your garment will be ready between 2-7 days after your fitting.

How much do gowns and garments cost?
Gown and costume prices are based on the cost of materials and the amount of time required to create the garment. Once we meet and I get a feel for what you're looking for, I'll be able to give you a detailed quote.

How should I care for my gown or garment? 
To extend the life of each garment, please dry clean only. Machine washing can lead to shrinkage and may damage any embellishments.

I want a gown. Where do I start?
We start with an initial conversation to learn about your style, desires, aesthetic, and more. Check out the full process here.

What should I expect during my fitting?
During this meeting, I'll check the fit of the garment, and mark it for alterations, if necessary. Alterations may take up to an additional week.

Can I expedite a garment for an additional cost?
This depends on the complexity of the garment. After we start a conversation, I'll be able to tell you more.

Are alterations free?
I will do free alterations for the life of the garment. 

Do you offer alterations on garments made elsewhere?
No, I'm sorry!

I ripped my gown/garment/weekender! Can you fix it or replace for free?
I understand that accidents happen. If you rip or have any issues with your garment,  please tell me so that I can check it out. I can't replace ripped, stained, or worn out garments, but if the damage is easily repairable, I'll be happy to see what I can do.

Do you also make suits?
Unfortunately, no. Right now my focus is on gowns, stage wear, and weekenders.

I don't live near NYC, but would like to order a garment. Can you still make one for me?

Absolutely! We will work together to take measurements via FaceTime or Skype, and will communicate regularly during the entire process.
